I was a little worried at first…doing business with people I have never met face to face. Especially when I called like 5 times one day and no one answered. Then I realized it was Memorial Day haha.

All of that being said, this company really lived up to what they promised.

I use reputationfriendly.com for my online rep management and my websites SEO. Results are coming through and reputationfriendly.com is always there for me when i contact them. I had an ex employee leave some bad remarks about us on some review sites and reputationfriendly.com had a few removed and has made the others go off teh first page of search engine links. ReputationFriendly has treated me well. i give em 5 out of 5.

I signed up with this company and I have to be honest, in the first couple of months they got about 5 links on the first page but did not hide the negative links. Now after 4 months the complaints are almost on page 3. I wish reputationfriendly.com could have done this quicker but I have to admit that the cost of this is so much cheaper than other companies quoted me.
