Sorry I forgot to rate them. As a product I give them a 3 because some stuff really does work. But as a company overall I give them a 1. They treat their own people poorly and it shows in their service. You will have several people work on your account because they keep firing people for stupid reasons.

I must say that I know first hand that the service can and does work. It’s expensive and works 80% of the time. However, their service stinks. The products like MyPrivacy doesn’t work as well as it’s advertised for sure. Over 50% of their customers hate them and most do not renew their agreements. Plus, if you are not careful your agreement will renew automatically for the full amount you paid them.

In their defense they will refund your money if you scream loud enough. That is a fact. But the sales people and managers are inexperienced, poorly trained and encouraged to get the deal done a.s.a.p. They burn through employees like running water. Their turnover must be near 50%.

They overcharged and did not do what they promised all they are is a company filled with sales people and rude customer service. Excuse after excuse.

They are very rude after they get your money… beware if you sign-up. Get EVERYTHING in writing and get a GUARANTEE.

Reputation Defender talk a big game on the phone. I have wasted 6 months with their service and am in worst shape now! They did NOT deliver and it seems that they are a scam since they will not help me and the support there sucks. I plan on charging back and giving up on the project. Reputation defender should not be in the “reputation repair” business.
