Our company started because we were, at one time, held hostage by a simple “Rip Off Report” from a customer who was notorious for hiring companies to do work for them, then when the work was completed they would demand their money back and if they didn’t receive their money back as fast as they wanted they would write up a long Rip Off Report to hurt the company.
