Many months ago I hired netpardon. At that time, they made all kinds of promises about how professional they are, how great their work is, etc. However, to date, I have not seen any positive results whatsoever. Additionally, despite sending numerous emails and voice mail messages asking why they have not performed the work, when they do respond (which is almost never), they make additional promises, but fail to deliver. I am so frustrated with the company and wish they would refund me the money that I paid. Buyer beware!!!!

My sincere apologies, I named the wrong company in my review. My assistiant had hired OnlineReputationExperts.com NOT Netpardon. In my Google search for Online Reputation Repair thier website came up and I mistakenly gave them a bad review. I have never done business with netpardon.com my bad results were with OnlineReputationExperts.com

I do have to add that I did consult with Netpardon But did not Hire them.
